Customer Reviews
- Not many reviews on this safe in the uk. So let's go into some detail.
The delivery and ordering process by simply safes was absolutely brillaint. Chose curb side drop off. Got a text when delivery was happening between a specific time frame. Safe arrived 'safe and sound'. No pun intended.
The safe is top quality. It simply looks the part too.
Inside is all carpet lined hiding the mounting holes on both the back and the floor plate so you can choose to hide them and also not have random holes if you dont use them.
I drilled an extra 2 mounting holes up at the top to the sides as I wanted to ensure it wasnt going any where.
It has 2 mounting holes on the back plate both in the center, one top one bottom. And then 4 mounting holes at the bottom.
You get a holster fixed onto the back of the door, which is lined with pockets ect. Perfect for keeping shotgun chokes, and my pellet pistol in place. This can be removed if you done want it. But a nice addition to have.
The locking mechanism is top notch and looks the part with engrave logos into the locking pins.
This isnt a light safe. So if you're putting it upstairs be prepared for a heavy lift if you get curb side drop off. You will need 2 people.
I have a 32" shotgun and fitsnice with a fair bit of space before the ammo safe above.
The ammo safe might be suitable for smaller amounts of rifle ammo but wouldn't fit a slab of shotgun cartridges as you'd exspect.
The finish is amazing. We currently have an open wardrobe temporarily so wanted to make sure it looks good too.
The door opens with it opening past the safe width. Making it easily accessible at the safe width dimensions. So can comfortably be put into tight spaces with good access into it.
Seriously impressed with the safe and company 5*

Hi,
The Spika range do not carry the BS7558/92 mark however they are built to and in excess of the home office security handbook standards which is the guidance for all the Police forces.
Thanks
