High Security Eurograde 6 Safes
Eurograde 6 safes are some of the highest security safes available on the market today. Ideal if you are looking to purchase for a home or business to secure and valuable watches or jewellery.
Certification on a Grade 6 Safe
EN 1143-1 – This is a European security standard when it comes to the testing of safes and security cabinets.
Each Eurograde 6 safe will also have been certified by an external organisation such as LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board and ECB.S (European Certification Body Organisation).
AiS – This is one of the main accreditation bodies within the UK and AiS stands for Association of Insurance Surveyors. All of our grade 6 safes are insurance approved by AIS which helps when obtaining an insurance policy.
Insurance Rating – Cash and Valuables
The secure storage of your cash or valuables is vitally important for security reasons along with sentimental and peace of mind. A grade 6 offers one of the highest insurance ratings available with the overnight storage of cash for £150,000 and valuables for £1,500,000.
The price of jewellery and watches can be well over tens of thousands per item nowadays. So it is paramount that they are stored properly in the best quality safe.
We always recommend to calculate roughly on what is going to be stored within a safe in terms of the value. Just so that you know you will be covered when storing the items overnight.
Naturally as the grading of a security safe goes higher then the build and manufacturing quality increases. A fire rating is included on most of the Eurograde 6 safes available varying from either 30 or 60 minutes fire protection for paper documents.
The Chubbsafes Trident has also been certified for attacks against explosives.
Dual Locking – Key or Electronic Locking
Due to the high security and quality of a Eurograde 6 safe, as standard each safe is supplied with dual locking access. This will either be 2 keys, 2 electronic locks or a combination of a key and electronic keypad.
It is important to consider who requires regular access to the safe, if you are a business or organisation then we would recommend to have a electronic locking access. As this allows more end users regular access to the safe if required.
Size and Location of your Safe
A big factor in the selection of your Eurograde safe is the size, dimensions and volume that you require to meet. As these types of safes are normally larger and heavier than a standard home safe. It is important to ensure that the location and flooring is suitable before purchase.
As once the safe has been delivered it can be difficult to manoeuvre the safe due to the weight and size.
*Please Note* When measuring the depth of a safe, please make sure that you factor in the size of the external hinges, handles and lock size.*
Professional Full Service Installation
The professional anchoring and installation of a Eurograde 6 safe will be a requirement from your insurance company. We have installation teams across the UK to complete any type of installation required.
We can also provide a delivery and position service if you just require the safe to be positioned within your building. We highly recommend this service due to the size and weight of these safes.
