What happens if I need to return an item?
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item you must do so with 7 days of the delivery date. To do this you will need to obtain a customer authorization number. Please Contact Us.
I ordered the wrong product, what now?
Can I change or cancel my order?
Of course, it may happen that you change your mind after ordering and want to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to find a suitable solution with you, but please note the following:
If your order has already been dispatched then changing or cancelling it is no longer possible. If possible, we will try to intercept the shipment. If this does not succeed in time and the shipment is still offered, it is best to refuse the shipment. You can indicate to the delivery person that a wrong order has been placed and the shipment can be returned to sender.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
You may return your purchase to Simply Safes for a refund by obtaining a customer authorization number (CAN) within 14 days of the delivery date. To obtain a CAN please Contact Us.
Please note all returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- You must have received a CAN number from our customer service department.
- The product must be in as-new condition, with either original or suitable packaging and with all manuals and accessories.
- You will receive a refund minus our outgoing delivery cost and collection charge and this amount will be confirmed once we have received your email. Please note a restocking charge may also apply to certain items and will be advised to you. If the delivery was free the outgoing cost will be approximately 15% of the total cost of the order, the amount will be advised to you.
Goods will be returned to Simply Safes or another named agent. Any postage and packaging cost incurred on a returned item are for the buyers account and will be non-refundable.
Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. However we will endeavour to resolve it as soon as possible.
- Please ensure the returned product is sent back in the original condition that is was received in.
- Please make sure that any additonal manuals, parts, keys are also returned.
- We are unable to refund the cost of installation after this has been completed.
- We are unable to refund items that have been modified that aren't available online.
- Any additional delivery services that have been paid for by the customer we are not able to refund.
Once your item has been returned to us and is inline with our current guidelines, then a full refund will be processed.
