Thank you for getting in touch with us about delivery. When placing an order we would request that the following information is provided so that we can make the delivery process go smoothly. Which floor we are delivering too - eg ground floor, are there any steps at all? If delivery is to an upper floor then delivery is included if via a lift, we would need confirmation that the weight capacity is suitable for the item we are delivering. Finally we would need to know about parking so that we can ensure tools and equipment are at hand to make the job quicker for you.

I have lost one of the keys which was provided with the safe. What can I do?

If you have lost a key to this safe you will need to get a key cut locally using the spare key which you have. We recommend calling a professional local locksmith to ask if they have a blank first. If not please call us and we will be able to get a blank key sent to you for an additional cost.
