Model Executive 40E has external dimensions 525 x 410 x 450 mm (HxWxD) and internally the dimensions are 415 x 305 x 320 mm (HxWxD). The fireproof safe has a capacity of 41 litres and weighs 60 kg.
Fireproof Certified 60 Paper - NT Fire 017
The Chubbsafes Executive 40E is class 60 Paper certified safe according to the European Standard NT Fire 017 and protects paper documents during 60 minutes. This means that important documents, such as passports, certificates, records should be kept at least for 60 minutes in a full fire.
In addition, data media such as DVDs, USB sticks and memory cards during 60 minutes fire-resistant storage.
During the fire test, a very severe fire is simulated, with the safe placed in a pre-heated oven and exposed to very high temperatures. For the test period in accordance with NT Fire 017 the temperature is 1090°C.
