Can this item be delivered to an upper floor?

Thank you for contacting us regarding delivery of this item. Most items can be delivered to an upper floor if it is using a suitable lift. On larger items we will ask you to check the weight capacity of the lift and also dimensions of the lift. If delivery is going to be by stairs we will need to quote you, to do this we will require photos and some dimensions of the stairs. Depending on the weight of the item you may need to contact your building management or a structural engineer concerning floor loading weight before we can arrange delivery.
