Delivery information for UK Mainland


Royal Mail

Typically small items can be sent using Royal Mail to save you money. We will offer a next working day delivery on these items so you can receive it quicker if needed.

Saver Delivery

This service is a drop off delivery to your door. Items are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Note: Heavier items of 100kg and over may only be delivered to the kerbside depending on your location.

Express Delivery

This service is a drop off delivery to your door which is for next working day and items are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Where possible we will send you tracking information so that you may track your delivery. Note: Heavier items of 100kg and over may only be delivered to the kerbside depending on your location.

Delivery and Position

Where we can deliver and position an item inside your address, this is completed by a specialist crew. Positioning of the item is to a ground floor location or upper floor via a lift with a maximum of 1 step. This is usually available on heavier items and typically completed in 5-10 working days.

Delivery and Professional Installation

This level of service means the item will be professionally installed, if this applies to a safe then it will be bolted down which will mean any ratings will apply.

Delivery of Safes by steps or stairs

We can arrange most safes to be delivered where steps and stairs are on the delivery route and this may require specialist equipment in some cases. We will usually require photos of the delivery route in this instance so we are able to quote.


Heavy items will be booked in with you over the phone prior to delivery so you will know when it arrives.


Delivery information for Extremities and Offshore Locations

We can arrange most items to be delivered for an additional charge and the more lightweight items will be dropped off at your door.

We can arrange for products to be delivered on a deliver and position service and deliver and installation basis if needed to the above locations. Please call one of our friendly sales team.


If an item is out of stock (and therefore will take longer to deliver) you will be notified within 24 hours of delivery (during the working week).

A signature is required on all deliveries. All items dispatched by courier will arrive Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm unless a weekend delivery has been selected.


Aborted Delivery

We regret that in the event of an aborted delivery additional charges will be payable to us and are quoted per delivery, as and when they should arise.

An aborted delivery can be due either to missing delivery information such as more steps at the delivery address than originally stated on your order or out of service lifts, inaccessible doors.

Delivery FAQ

Which courier is used for delivery of your items?

All the products we list on our website come in a variety of different weights and sizes. Some couriers handle certain weights and sizes better to get the delivered to you easier. We therefore use a selection of different courier companies.


What time do you deliver?

Deliveries of most items usually take place between 8am and 6pm. There are options on certain products to be delivered on an AM slot for an additional charge. If you have a specific requirement please contact us for further assistance.


How do I help prevent a delivery failure?

When you place an order with us, our checkout page contains a comments box which can be used to let us know of specific information that will help a smooth delivery. If you have selected a delivery and position or delivery and installation service we will need to know information such as which floor the item is to be delivered, floor type and parking availability.


Can you deliver items to multiple addresses?

Should you require items to be delivered to different addresses this can be done by placing a seperate order online for each address. We are also happy to accept orders by phone if you prefer to do this.


Do you have to deliver to my billing address?

We will need your billing address to process your order however we can ship to an alternative address if required. Please note we may need to go through certain security checks on orders prior to shipping to help prevent fraud.

Installation FAQ

Do I have to bolt my safe down?

To ensure any ratings that are applicable to the safe you will need to make sure you secure it in accordance with the manufacturer recommendations. This is because of how safes are tested. The best type of fixing you will get is into a solid concrete floor. We understand this is not always possible so a solid wall is your next best option, any skirting must be removed to make the safe flush with the wall. Finally, you can secure to a wooden floor but the fixing must go into a joist underneath. Where you are securing into a wooden floor we would recommend you confirm with your insurer prior to ordering.


Can you arrange installation of CCTV?

We understand that CCTV systems can be fairly difficult to install in certain circumstances so let us take the strain and give you peace of mind that your kit is properly set up. We plan to add the cost prices for this on our website in the coming weeks - in the meantime please feel free to speak to one of the sales team for a price.


We are not sure about installing the alarm we have seen. Can you do this for us?

Should you want an alarm installed that we sell we can arrange this for you. We understand it will give you peace of mind and if you are purchasing other items such as CCTV this can be completed at the same time.


I have underfloor heating but need to secure my safe down, what are my options? I have heard about a chemcial fixing.

Should there be no method of fixing to a floor or wall then you could consider a chemical fixing. This is a relatively new method and we suggest you confirm with your insurer prior to proceeding with an order to ensure they are happy to sign it off, this will help you should you need to make a claim on your policy. Just remember you will need to secure the safe direct to concrete and you will not be able to take it with you should you move home or office.



Can I install the safe myself?

You can choose to install the safe yourself should you prefer to do this. Always secure it inline with the manufacturers recommendation. It is worth noting that your insurer may insist on this to be carried out by a professional installer.


Can I secure the safe to a floor?

Securing your safe to a solid concrete floor is the best method and most secure type of fixing. Some fixing bolts can be a considerable length so you may need to check with your house builder or property management company if it is an office. Fixing into a concrete floor is inline with the manufacturers recommendations and is how safes are tested. It is not always possible to secure to a concrete floor, an alternative is a wooden floor using the joists underneath the floor. Always confirm in writing with your insurer if you are securing to a wooden floor.


Can I secure the safe to a wall?

If you have no method of securing to a floor then another option is to fix the safe to a wall. It needs to be a solid wall and not plasterboard. Should you have any queries about your wall type we can try to assist you over the phone however you may need to speak to a tradesman locally to clarify. If you are securing to a wall any skirting board would need to be removed to allow the safe to be flush with the wall.
