Delivery information for UK Mainland

Royal Mail

Typically small items can be sent using Royal Mail to save you money. We will offer a next working day delivery on these items so you can receive it quicker if needed.

Saver Delivery

This service is a drop off delivery to your door. Items are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Note: Heavier items of 100kg and over may only be delivered to the kerbside depending on your location.

Express Delivery

This service is a drop off delivery to your door which is for next working day and items are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Where possible we will send you tracking information so that you may track your delivery. Note: Heavier items of 100kg and over may only be delivered to the kerbside depending on your location.

Delivery and Position

Where we can deliver and position an item inside your address, this is completed by a specialist crew. Positioning of the item is to a ground floor location or upper floor via a lift with a maximum of 1 step. This is usually available on heavier items and typically completed in 5-10 working days.

Delivery and Professional Installation

This level of service means the item will be professionally installed, if this applies to a safe then it will be bolted down which will mean any ratings will apply.

Delivery of Safes by steps or stairs

We can arrange most safes to be delivered where steps and stairs are on the delivery route and this may require specialist equipment in some cases. We will usually require photos of the delivery route in this instance so we are able to quote.

Heavy items will be booked in with you over the phone prior to delivery so you will know when it arrives.

Delivery information for Extremities and Offshore Locations

We can arrange most items to be delivered for an additional charge and the more lightweight items will be dropped off at your door.

These areas include:

  • Jersey
  • Guernsey
  • Europe

We can arrange for products to be delivered on a deliver and position service and deliver and installation basis if needed to the above locations. Please call one of our friendly sales team.

If an item is out of stock (and therefore will take longer to deliver) you will be notified within 24 hours of delivery (during the working week).

A signature is required on all deliveries. All items dispatched by courier will arrive Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm unless a weekend delivery has been selected.

Aborted Delivery

We regret that in the event of an aborted delivery additional charges will be payable to us and are quoted per delivery, as and when they should arise.

An aborted delivery can be due either to missing delivery information such as more steps at the delivery address than originally stated on your order or out of service lifts, inaccessible doors.

Which courier is used for delivery of your items?

All the products we list on our website come in a variety of different weights and sizes. Some couriers handle certain weights and sizes better to get the delivered to you easier. We therefore use a selection of different courier companies.

What time do you deliver?

Deliveries of most items usually take place between 8am and 6pm. There are options on certain products to be delivered on an AM slot for an additional charge. If you have a specific requirement please contact us for further assistance.

How do I help prevent a delivery failure?

When you place an order with us, our checkout page contains a comments box which can be used to let us know of specific information that will help a smooth delivery. If you have selected a delivery and position or delivery and installation service we will need to know information such as which floor the item is to be delivered, floor type and parking availability.

Can you deliver items to multiple addresses?

Should you require items to be delivered to different addresses this can be done by placing a seperate order online for each address. We are also happy to accept orders by phone if you prefer to do this.

Do you have to deliver to my billing address?

We will need your billing address to process your order however we can ship to an alternative address if required. Please note we may need to go through certain security checks on orders prior to shipping to help prevent fraud.
