Delivery information on our products
We include FREE delivery on all the products you see on our website. Additional charges will apply if the item is to be shipped to the highlands, offshore or extremities.

Next working day deliveries
Any product which is shown as a next day delivery will be delivered by a courier. This means that the item will be brought to the doorstep only.
Typically you will see on our website the following lead times:
- 2-3 Working days
- Next Day order by 1pm, 2pm and 4pm
DID YOU KNOW - If you order a Phoenix, Alpha Safes, Safewell or De Raat product and supply us a mobile number you will receive a SMS in the morning of delivery to advise a delivery window of an hour. This only applies to items on a Next Day Service as standard.
Deliver and position
Any product which is shown as deliver and position will be brought into the building, we include this with a variety of products and is based on ground floor with 1 step. Typically you will receive delivery in 5-10 working days.
Any product which is shown as deliver and install will be bolted down for you and is based on ground floor with 1 step. Typically you will receive delivery in 7-10 working days.
DID YOU KNOW - Delivery using these services will be booked in with you over the phone so you know in advance when it will take place.
If an item is out of stock (and therefore will take longer to deliver) you will be notified within 24 hours of delivery (during the working week).
A signature is required on all deliveries. All items are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9am and 7pm.
Deliveries to Other Floors Via Steps / Stairs
We are happy to deliver to upper floors without lift access but please note this will be subject to an additional charge. A pre-delivery questionnaire will need to be completed in order to give a quote. Please call us for more information.
In some cases a site survey may be required at no extra cost to you.
Highlands, Offshore and Extremities
We are more than happy to deliver our products to non-UK mainland delivery addresses such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, Shetland Islands and extremities but there will be an additional delivery charge. You can send us your details via a quote link on each individual product page.
We regret that in the event of an aborted delivery additional charges will be payable to us and are quoted per delivery, as and when they should arise.
An aborted delivery can be due either to missing delivery information such as more steps at the delivery address than originally stated on your order or out of service lifts, inaccessible doors.
