I have lost one of the keys which was provided with the safe. What can I do?

If you have lost a key to this safe you will need to get a key cut locally using the spare key which you have. We recommend calling a professional local locksmith to ask if they have a blank first. If not please call us and we will be able to get a blank key sent to you for an additional cost.

I have a tiled floor but no underfloor heating, how will this heavy item get delivered?

Thank you for contacting us about delivery, if you have a tiled floor then we will take great steps to ensure that no harm comes to your floor. We can not guarantee that none will crack as a result of wheeling a heavy item across it, however we have soft mats and boards which have been used many times to ensure a smooth delivery process.
