Can you arrange installation to an upper floor via stairs?

     Anonymous  —  13/05/2015

We can arrange installation of most safes if the delivery is via stairs however we will need additional man power and equipment so it does cost extra for this service. To provide a quotation we will need to see pictures of the stairs and route by email.Claire Davies
What type of fixings are supplied and can this be fitted to a stud wall?

     Frank Turner  —  14/02/2015

Thank you for contacting us to ask about this product. We do not recommend any cabinets or safes are fixed to a stud wall as it is not a solid fixing point. The fixings supplied are for a solid brick wall. If you need to secure it to a block wall you will need to source alternative fixings which are available from any good DIY store.James Blackburn
