Price Match
At Simply Safes, we are committed to offering our customers the best prices as well as offering the widest range of products to suit our customers needs. We regularly check our prices against our competitors to ensure we are the most competitive and are always updating our website with new products which our customers ask for.
If you manage to find a lower price elsewhere we will match it as long as you email us at sales@simplysafes.co.uk along with a link to where you saw the product, the website address and your contact details. We will then contact you to process the order.
Terms and Conditons: In order to comply with our "Price Match" terms and conditions, the product you have seen must be brand new and must be advertised online. It must also be identical in all aspects for the price promise to be applicable - including the same delivery service. If another online retailer is offering a lesser delivery service we can do the same and reduce our price to match. We must be able to verify the offer and we cannot apply the price promise to other offers and or promotions we may be running. We reserve the right to exclude certain websites from this price promise if it is found that they are out of date and do not carry current product or pricing details. Our price match promise excludes products which are less than £50 (ex VAT).
5 Different Ways to Pay
1. Credit or Debit Card - We accept payment on our secure website using all the major credit and debit cards. (Sorry the only card not accepted on our website is American Express). All orders placed using this method are dispatched immediately.
2. PayPal - Our website accepts payments by PayPal giving you extra piece of mind because with PayPal you do not need to enter your card details on our site. All orders placed using this method are dispatched immediately.
3. Cheque - During the checkout procedure on our website you will be able to select cheque as a payment method. Once you have completed the order using this method, you will receive an email confirmation of the amount, our order number and our address to post the cheque too. Orders placed using this method will only be dispatched once we have received the cheque.
4. Bank Transfer - During the checkout procedure on our website you will be able to select bank transfer or BACS as a payment method. Once you have completed the order online using this method, you will receive an email confirmation of the amount, our order number and also our bank details. Orders placed using this method will only be dispatched once we have received remittance that payment has been made.
5. Telephone / Purchase Order - During the checkout procedure on our website you will be able to select telephone / purchase order as a payment method. Once you have completed the order online using this method, you will receive an email confirmation of the amount, our order number. If you are a private individual or company we will call you back to take payment over the telephone if you choose this method. Orders placed using this method will only be dispatched once we have contacted you and taken payment.

Free Delivery to UK Mainland
Delivery for all products on our website is FREE to a UK mainland address. If an item is out of stock (and therefore will take longer to deliver) you will be notified when we have received your order.
A signature is required on all deliveries, all items are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 17.30pm. If you require the products to be delivered on a particular day please request this in the comments box in the checkout procedure. Timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge, if you require these services please call us on (0800) 098 8654.
Whilst we try our best to adhere to the delivery times given, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays that may occur at any stage in the supply chain.
Non-UK Mainland Delivery
We are more than happy to deliver our products to non-UK mainland delivery addresses such as Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and Shetland Islands but there will be an additional delivery charge. Please contact us for more information.
International Delivery
We also offer international delivery on the majority of our products but this will also be subject to an additional delivery charge. Please email us at sales@simplypostboxes.co.uk to obtain a delivery price.
VAT
All the prices you see on our homepage include VAT, elsewhere on our website we show both excluding and including VAT so that you can rest assured the price you see is the price you will pay in the checkout procedure.
